Appointments
Appointments are available by request and are scheduled through the secure client portal. Both in-person and telehealth sessions are offered for clients located in Colorado.
Fees
This practice is private pay and does not bill insurance directly. A sliding fee scale may be available based on financial need.
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide as much notice as possible. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a fee as outlined in the informed consent documents.
Communication
Routine communication may be conducted by phone or email for scheduling and administrative purposes. Please do not use email to communicate urgent or sensitive clinical information.
Emergencies
This practice does not provide emergency or crisis services.
If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or are concerned about your immediate safety, call 911, go to the nearest emergency department, or contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Confidentiality
Confidentiality is an essential part of the counseling relationship. Information shared in therapy is protected by law, with limited exceptions as required by applicable legal and ethical standards. These exceptions are explained in detail during the informed consent process.
